Once your subscription is activated, we quickly set up your dedicated workspace (request tracking tool). This step includes tool configuration, brand universe integration, and a walkthrough of the process to ensure you can get started quickly. You can then submit your first requests right away.

If your needs decrease at a given time, you can pause your subscription according to the applicable conditions. Any remaining time is preserved and can be used at a later date.

Larger requests are broken down into multiple steps. This allows for progressive deliveries, with room for adjustments, until the content is fully finalized.

This service is designed for ongoing content needs. If your requirement is one-off, a dedicated project may be more suitable. However, once the minimum commitment period is completed, you are free to continue or discontinue the subscription.

Due to the nature of the service and the time invested from the start, refunds are not available for content that has already been delivered. However, each situation is reviewed with transparency and common sense.
